Training is basically the knowledge of correct upbringing. Employee training is a particular program that helps employees to gain various knowledges, skills to improve their performing abilities in a particular company. Because of good and correct emplyee training the performance of those trained employees are much better than non-trained employees. Lack of trsining or any kind of improper training can hamper the entire management of the company, also the whole carrer of the employee. This increases loss of the comapany, poor production and also makes the employees unhappy. So, it can be said that, positive employee training is positively correlated with the performance within an organization.

Orientation program is a program or course introducing a new situation or environment. Through this program an employee can gather a first impression about the company where he or she has hired. This program helps employees to realise the duties, responsibilities, terms and conditions, rules and regulations of the company and his or her work. Orientation is very much important because on the basis of this program the entire career of the employee depends with the company.
