yes, religious grooming is accepted practice in worlplace and employer should not discriminate any employee by its religious belief, any person is free to wear their religious attire. Religious discrimination can be said as treating individuals differently because of the religious belief they hold or follow. The discrimination made can be in the form of employment practices or in the form of segregation from any function, gathering, practice, etc.
Employers should be accommodative towards religious attire, practice as much as possible employees should be free to follow their religious beliefs and not be withheld as discrimination workplace in any form is prohibited as per law. The religious accommodation i.e barring one from wearing its religious attire is only withheld when there are hurdles because of some health issue, security concerns, etc, and is only done when it strictly causes undue hardship in carrying out the business.
