Answer : 1) Employees should cooperate with their employer and successfully participate in the training programs before operating machineries or doing any other work 2) Employees make sure that all equipments are working properly and inform the employer if any damages suspect. 3) Wear personal protective equipments such as safety belt , mask, eye cover or others before doing something. At the same time , 1) employer should provide a training session to the employees about the job , operating equipments, working pattern and others to avoid unwanted accidents. 2) Arrange all safety measures for managing critical situations such as fire , chemical spill , fall , and exposure to other dangerous chemicals. 3) Replace all damaged materials as early as possible and inform the employees to inform about the damages of any equipments . A Hazard is something with the potential to cause harm. For instance, electricity, chemicals , equipments and others . However, Risk is the chance of getting harmed by any of the hazards .It may be low , medium or severe . On the other hand , control is the part of the risk management process by using safety measures . Controlled risks remain potential threats , but the probability of happening the risks can be reduced . By reporting and recording employers get clear picture of the 1) type of hazard 2) possible risks 3) which area is prone to risks 4) helps to know the time of identified the problem . 5) reporting helps to know about how many people are infected . 1)The proper reporting and recording help to identify the hazards and related complications early and can take safety precautions as early as possible . 2) reporting and recording help to spread awareness about hazards and related risks between workers . 3) Early reporting reduces the chances of accidents , irreversible injuries or even death .
