Answer : 1) Employees should cooperate with their employer and successfully participate in the training programs before operating machineries or doing any other work 2) Employees make sure that all equipments are working properly and inform the employer if any damages suspect. 3) Wear personal protective equipments such as safety belt , mask, eye cover or others before doing something. At the same time , 1) employer should provide a training session to the employees about the job , operating equipments, working pattern and others to avoid unwanted accidents. 2) Arrange all safety measures for managing critical situations such as fire , chemical spill , fall , and exposure to other dangerous chemicals. 3) Replace all damaged materials as early as possible and inform the employees to inform about the damages of any equipments .
