How is Title VII's prohibition against religious discrimination substantially different from its prohibition against discrimination on the basis of other traits?
Title VII prohibition against religious discrimination is different from its prohibition against discrimination on the basis of other traits. Basically two things are focused firstly the discrimination policy adopted in the socio-economic environment where the discrimination on the basis of religion means some relation is getting a good right over the other. And therefore it is not a good thing to differentiate the society on the basis of. The religious discrimination is a very common type of discrimination which is found in all over the world and under various communities. It includes the discrimination where the followers force other religious people their job and the single bounded conditions which is not at all in favor of the human equality.
The discrimination on the other side means a distinguished relationship between the persons on the basis of quality and characteristics means one thing related to one person that is not applicable on another person but the person who is in a power implemented their policies against all the peoples who are in favor or in against of a particular thing of discriminating policy. It basically means superior and inferior policies in the society where the dominancy of one person is applicable on the dominance of another person.
