1. Racial discrimination in the workplace is lawfully bandh. But we find it almost everywhere. There are various types of discriminations. The white people do discrimination to the black people. Similarly we also find the gender discrimination and religion discrimination.

In the workplace it appears that the white employers do not want to recruit the black employee. It also appears that if there is management completely dominated by the white people then the black employees are provided low salary. If the black employees protest against this comics they are fired from their service. Again it appears that the employees try to maintain an atmosphere of discrimination in the workplace. It works very effectively and in the workplace the black employees and The White employees cannot move jointly it the discrimination is maintained.

Again we find religious discrimination. If the employer belongs to a particular religion he tries to pay low salary to the employees belonging to the other religion. In the small industry and other fields of work we find such discrimination. The discrimination also appears in the treatment and it appears that the employees of a particular religion are given more advantages when the employees of other religion do not get such kind of advantage.

There are laws to prevent such discrimination and government always try to stop such malpractice. In the big reputed Industries there are separate cells where the employees can complain against any type of discrimination. Again to the government the employee can also submit complaint against discrimination and if it is committed the concerned authority takes rapid steps to stop such kind of malpractice. Besides all the companies are advised not to maintain such kind of discrimination and if they do show it hampers the atmosphere of the workplace.

2. In the workplace the aged people face many problems. The young generation think that the aged people are not eligible to do work. The IR bullet and tortured in various ways. In every workplace there is a clear discrimination between the young employees and The aged employees. The aged employees try to to Sweet themselves with the change situation. But the young employees do not allowed them in their group. Even the is it employees are insulted in various ways.

But in reality the truth is that the is it employees are the valuable property of company. They are more faithful and they have great experience. They do not create any kind of travel or disturbance. They try to do the work with more care and there are more obedient to the authority and to the work. They suffer from a kind of Inferiority problem due to the discriminatory attitude of the young employees and the management.

The management is not so careful to the problem of The aged employees. In reality it find that the aged employees suffer many problems. They also suffer from psychological problems and defined the workplace very hostile to their nature. They do not get encouragement to do work.

There are many provisions to help the aged employees. From the the government side there are grievance cell where the aged employees can complain against any type of discrimination. In the big companies there are also cells where the employees can complain if they face any type of discrimination. This can take legal help for such kind of mental torture. But in reality it appears that they fear to take any steps against company or other employees. They think that if they take any type of legal help and help from other agencies then it would be difficult for them to continue work in such condition. Therefore they are forced to continue work in search on healthy atmosphere in the workplace.
