Can Religion be Mixed with Organizational Behavior?
Answer:
Yeah, I think faith can be in many ways combined with organisation. We've seen in many parts of the world where the country's best known religion and respiratory teachings are used to support actions and inspire the company people to accomplish better results and objectives for themselves and organizational purposes. This religion works as a major motivating factor in our connected awareness, attachment and value. We are all connected to one religion or another and are all connected with the same religious teachings In this, it gives us the importance to better perform and succeed as we share with the faith the norms and customs. We are related to these religious teachings and want to become a better religious member by meeting the expectations and thereby achieving the best. This helps the organization motivate and effectively shape the behavior of the employees.
For example, Christian and Bible teachings are used as the driving force of religion in many businesses around the world, particularly in western countries. A Christian working environment is where God is honored and revered in reflection and prayers. The people are supposed to love, care about and maintain the same corporate culture and actions, where people are more important than just workers. The entire productivity environment is developed. Such ideals are occupied by people, so that they can inspire and develop the company and create a safe work atmosphere.
Islamic values and management are, however, followed in southern countries in which the people are motivated by the values shared in their Islamic religion. The main values for sustaining organizational culture and behavior in relation to the same religions' motivational activities and purposes are responsible mentality, the ability to achieve a defaulting objective and integrity in the organization.
