Studying Management and Organization behavior helps in understanding the climate, culture, work ethics and moral codes established in an organization. Using these perspectives, we can actually define the organizational processes and the recruitment techniques which would increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization as a whole. A carefully treaded organization process will enhance the communication, compliance, reporting and numerous other factors for the organization. On the other hand, a carefully treaded recruitment technique, would help us pool in people with the right skill set and mentality. These employees would understand their roles and responsibility better and hence make progressive efforts towards organizational success. This will thus bring in a cohesion in the organization human resources.

By studying management theories, we learn the benchmark models implemented in various successful organization. These theories list down key pointers like how the hierarchy of an organization should be established, how the efforts should be incentivized, what kind of leadership would be required to attaint the intended goals, etc. Basically these theories are well researched roadmap which provide us with a guideline to follow to decrease our failure rates. Moreover, by understanding the relevant management theory, we would be able to pin point upon the loss making process of the organization and thus make changes to it, to increase profitability.
