In an organizational culture and communication plays a very important role. In order to process a framework within an organization, one must inherit the cultural framework. Organizational culture must involve values, mission, different languages, and habits, etc. So organizational culture represents the collective behavior of the employees aiming at the mission, vision, values, different habits, and languages. So if the communication flow is weak then it will weaken the whole culture of an organization. If we want a successful integration between the higher and lower-level management then we have to consider the organizational culture to be very clear and good. In an organization, culture represents the environment of any organization and also makes it different from others too. So culture plays an important role in shaping the organizational culture.
