Leadership -

In my opinion, leadership is the way by which a person can support and motivate a team in the best way possible. It is a process by which a person influences others so that to accomplish an objective that may benefit an organization. People are being motivated so that they can move forward to achieve a common goal. Leaders need to have some common skills so to obtain great leaders such as honesty, innovative, communicative, etc.

Qualities of charismatic leaders -

Some of the qualities of charismatic leaders are -

i) This type of leader earns a lot of respect as they help people to earn what is important for them.

ii) They also have the "halo effect" where their strong points are being emphasized.

iii) Charismatic leaders have learned to accept them unconditionally.

iv) One of the great qualities is that they are determined as well as purposeful.

v) They also have the quality of accepting their own mistakes without making any excuses or even blaming others.
