Expert Solution

Neo charismatic leadership- It was about following the vision of the organization. Leader will mainly concentrate on the organizational vision and motivate the employees. They try to inspire the employees for the success of the vision. For example in an organization leader main aim to have the success then leader follows each and every step of the vision. Leader also behavior will be changed according to the vision.

Charismatic leadership- It is a kind of leadership that who basically encourage the team with their behavior and good communicational skills. They motivate the team to do the work or improve their work if the team done anything wrong. Charismatic leaders are extremely skilled and by their communication leads to the emotional level at some circumstances. For example In an industry many of the workers are not following the rules and regulations then industry had appointed a leader to motivate them. Leader which chooses the charismatic leadership method automatically changed the workers behaviors with his/her communicational skills.

Transactional leadership- This style of leaders clearly set the goals to the employees along with the rewards and punishments. If the employee done the work more effectively he will achieve the reward like bonus, incentives and salary hikes. If the employee does not reach the expectations he will be punished like extra working hours, salary cuttings and demotion. These kinds of leaders always prefer to do the work smoothly without any problems. Always motivate the employees to do the work more effectively. For example in an organization if the employees are not working effectively then that organization can implement this kind of leadership style so that employees will do effectively to achieve more rewards from the organization.

Transformational leadership- This kind of leaders always work to manage the day-to-day operations effectively and also craft the strategies to achieve the organizational success. This leadership style always motivate, encourage and managers will collaborate with the employees to achieve the goals. Transformational leaders also set the goals to reach the high performance levels that which will help for the organizational growth in the future. For example if the organization aims to have more growth in the future then they can adopt the transformational leadership style. By having the good collaboration between the employees and the leader success will be very fast.

Macro leadership is mainly concentrate on the vision, strategy and for the future growth. Micro leadership is about managing the organization effectively by day to day operations. Both the leadership plays a crucial role for the success of the organization. According to my point of view micro level leadership was best because if day-to-day operations are more effectively automatically organization will have success in the future.
