There are various challenges face by the HR managers with the context of global environment international and domestic issues employee compensation and diversity in the workplace. some of the major challenges are as follows recruitment and selection emotional and physical stability of employees balance has to be maintained between management and employees they have to conduct training development and compensation HR has to deal with performance appraisal they have to also deal with trade union.

1.selection and recruitment is one of the major challenges that the HR managers right now faces in the modern world in context to the domestic and international markets.

2.they have to decide for the annual appraisal to the employees decision has to be made in various implies that the major challenges for the HR right now.

3.HR has to go through emotional and physical stability of various employees they have to handle all the things which is right now a challenge for HR.

4. They have to conduct trainings and various skills program so that the relationship between management and employees could be make possible.

Ethical and unethical leadership: we can define unethical leadership as in which the behaviour of the organisational leaders illegal and which are violating the standards set by the organisation and which impose processes and structures that promotes unethical leadership whereas the ethical leadership is very beneficial for the organisation where the behaviour of the organisational leader are are legal and which are basically towards the organisation for the benefits and with the moral standards of the organisations

If we want to give the example of ethical behaviour then HR should work according to the principles and standard set by the organisation which will not violate the rules of the company where as in unethical behaviour HR will not follow the principles of the company and norm set by it in which the organisation will fail to benefit.
