Transformational Leadership

In this leadership theory,the leader will lead his team to bring a new change by creating a vision and keeps on inspiring them in various aspects by engaging all his team members .They play the most important role in bringing up the cultural changes in the society.There are some useful elements in transformational leader ship.They are

Influence,Motivation,Cognitive incitement,

Charismatic Leadership

Here the leadership quality includes good communication skills.He has a great maturity to think about anything and the leader will be confident about himself.The leader always shows positive body language and listens to others very carefully.Besides improving himself,he also improves his team also.They frequently monitor themselves while watching others too.The most important leadership quality is the leader has the ability to gain control over his team or followers to work on something.

Authentic Leadership

The leader will have qualities like respecting the followers decisions and maintain faithful relations with them.The mindset of these leaders will be very positive and likes to open with others.

Main charecteristics include their transparency towards.They like open discussions.Whether it is good or bad,they open up and discuss in public.They reads the heart of the followers,so it makes them lead the team easy without obstacles.Only some leaders like them shares their success with the whole team.Throughout their life,they will be consistent.

There are some advantages and drawbacks to implement these leadership styles.Let us go with one by one briefly.

Mainly a positive working environment can be developed,Organization will be always ready to face danger,Thinking ability among the employees will be developed,creates employe empowerment.Some diaadvantages includes misusage of freedom by employees.arising of misunderstandings,self respect and ego problems.So,the conclusion is the styles of leadership should differ across cultures.

Alienated Followers

We can call them as passive followers due to their deeds.They are considered as the most troublesome.They never make use of their strengths and never maintain good relations with leader.They donot agree with others and donot give any inputs.

Sheep Followers

They are also passive followers,But these followers are complete dependants.They just go with the word of the leaders.They donot give any ideas and opinion.They sometimes effects their team members and performance in a negative way.

Yes People

These followers are quite active.But they are leader dependants.We can term them as Conformists.They donot think much innovative.They say yes and agree with leader.They donot like misunderstandings in their team.This is a big threat to any team because a better outcome will not be obtained.

Survivors

The name itself indicates that they just survive in any situation.They donot like to take risks and play the game safely.They always worry about making any mistake.So they donot put much efforts.

Effective followers

The most talented,dynamic and innovative leaders among all the followers are effective followers.They are not less than a leader.These followers are life long learners.Self learners and good thinkers.Very well matured and most liked followers of leaders.They have all the qualities to become a leader.They are proactive,self confident and consistent.
