I have taken the case "American Pride Waste Solutions Sued by EEOC For Sex Discrimination"

In this case, The waste collection company, violated federal law by discriminating against a qualified female candidate who applied for the job because of her sex. U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a lawsuit for the same as the woman's truck driver application was rejected by company in favor of comparatively less-qualified male applicants. This conduct violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Federal law clearly requires employers to give equal opportunity to all applicants for positions, regardless of the applicant's sex.
