Hello Student,

Thanks for your Question.

I can understand the big concern of yours as you're facing difficulty in remembering your Dream activity.

There are many reasons as to why your mind is in an ambiguous state and not being able to register your dreams on the conscious level.

It is considered that after five minutes you tend to lose 50 percent of the content in the dream and after 10 minutes, you've forgotten almost 90 percent of it.

But don't you worry I'll be suggesting some easy steps which would help you to journal your 90 percent dream.

Following are some steps that you could incorporate:

1. When you're about to sleep in you bed, you need to make yourself believe that you will remember your dreams. You should create positive affirmations that would help you trust yourself that you can register any dream in your mind with full vivid details. So affirming and assuring yourself would help you considerably.

2. You could read a boring book before sleeping and thinking about that book visually would pre-register the context of your dream, So your 50 percent work is one as you're pre-registering the details of a book in your subconscious itself before you're sleeping.

3. You can also try to Day Dream first and be conscious of what's happening in the Dream. You could keep a journal book and pen or pencil beside your bed. Once you're done with your dream, you could slowly and gradually wake up with the same mood and this would help you pointing down all the 90 percent content of your dream.

4. Learn the concept of "Lucid dreaming" and practice high consciousness while you're in a sleeping state. It's a learned skill that requires special training, but with much practice, you'll able to have a knack of visualizing and creating awareness of knowing all the vivid content occurring in your dream.

So these were some easy steps that could help you in giving a reasonable answer for your dreaming exercise

I hope you're satisfied with this answer

Keep learning and growing

Cheers!!!

My guess is that the eye needs direct contact with air in order to work properly. If so, what lenses should one wear in order to see clearly while under...
