Equal employment opportunity is a theme which is hugely discussed in the 21st century. The main idea about this theme is that employment opportunity should not have any prejudice towards class, clan , gender, family status, religion, physical capabilities , appearance etc.

Learning outcome from this training session are-

  1. Requirement of equal employment opportunity in the modern society.
  2. Why some time people who deserved the opportunity , are not getting it because society norms and bias.
  3. How we can eradicate the thinking of bias for employment opportunity.

One thing that I want participants to learn that , if they create bias for employee opportunity , it will ultimately make them loose . as, they are not getting the best talent in the market . also, they can loosed the talent to the market competitors.

Also, it may happen that the deserved person it getting the opportunity after a long suffering and if they are not getting the opportunity , it can result in end of their aspiration and career.

So, people who are having the deciding power should be careful about the decision they are making and should always give equal employment opportunity for the betterment of the society.
