2. Economic Instability : It hinders the chances of really desired candidates who are economically weak, as they don't have opportunity of best resources because of their financial conditions. So therefore they can not able to participate in the open market with the same skill set like others.

3. Political instability : It creates shivers in the politics, as the word "reservation" is there from generations and equal opportunity hinders the reservation growth, which inturn leads to political chaos.

4, Gende biased: Equal opportunity hinders the opportunities for the other gender for some physical and mental stability works.
