* Hiring new candidates to reduce overburden of work and distributing the tasks in an equal amount to all the employees.
* stress management techniques needs to be promoted, and some amount of time should be allotted to the everyday exercises and meditation.

✓ as a CEO of tate and Stephens, I will consider the employees burnout on a serious note. I will make sure the management utilised above mentioned ways to reduce the level of stress and to retain the employees. It is important to reschedule the activities and hire new candidates or freelancers who can work on night shifts, for handling executive or routine work. Creative directors accounts executives along with all the members need to be provided with everyday meditation and stress management exercise, by hiring an expert. To reduce the stress levels, it is important to reduce work hours and to make use of resources and time in an optimal way. Providing telecommuting opportunities to the employees can help them manage certain tasks from their home and help them be more productive.
