Personally speaking, I believe that the most optimum person to be on the Management Team or the Board of Directors for my business is Sergio Marchionne, CEO of FIAT and Chrysler. Marchionne is the man behind the success of the two automobile companies. Chrysler and FIAT was in bankrupt mode and was about to be shut down. Marchionne took up the leadership role as CEO in this situation and turned the table around. Marchionne is admired for his ambition and vision. Marchionne saw synergies between FIAT and Chrysler and connected them to save billions of dollars. Marchionne made a difference within a year by making the bankruptcy firm to be profitable!! His positive attitude, strong willpower, vision for the future, his commitment to work round the clock and his sincerity are all that I admire of him. His attitude towards the employees is very humble. He just neglected the luxurious CEO cabin and took a small regular cabin near the employee workplace. I strongly believe that Marchionne is the best person to be in the Management Team for my company to achieve great success.
