I happen to know Satya Nadella personally. Satya is the CEO of Microsoft which is one of the big 4 of the Global market. This tech giant took the Indian American from the Sun Microsystems to Microsoft in 1992.

What makes Satya so important and powerful are:

  • He is an excellent technical man who knows the aspects of the business like any other best in the market,
  • His leadership skills had been great,
  • He has always been innovative and pro-user which made him so successful.
  • The best aspect of Satya has been his learning capacity which led to his growth which made him develop the Google cloud store.

These innovations have been what made him very popular for the business of Microsoft. This was a slow and steady growth of this engineer and Management post-graduate to understand and grow with the business. His knowledge and the team-leading skills have made him effective and thus powerful as one of the most successful businesses in our times.
