what are the benefits of building management team? What is your plan for a management team? Explain
Building a management team has several benefits for any organization/ the consideration for coordination over control and monitoring is the basic assumption in this case. A team is better able to manage the issues that are before them. For when we consider different individuals sharing particular responsibilities, we believe that an efficient system can be made that would cater to a progressive attitude towards systems thinking. We can also negate any biases that any individual manager might have and make sure that each individual in the team can keep the others accountable.
My plans for the management team include a cross-functional mix of
managers and supervisors from various departments in the company in
order to ensure that the best minds of the company can be brought
into the mix. It would also be more inclined towards a systems view
when all the various departments can be brought forward in order to
ensure the best possible outlook can be established.
