Dear Mark,

I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the service I received when I recently got my vehicle repaired at your service station. I was informed by your serivce staff that the vehicle will be delivered back to me in two working days. However , when I enquired about the vehicle status on the second day, I was informed that it would require another full day to complete the repairs and to handover the vehicle. This put me in lot of trouble as I had to attend an important meeting and was hoping to get back my vehicle to be able to drive to the meeting. On the day of vehicle delivery, I had to wait for a long time to receive the vehicle as your serivce staff were busy attending other customers. I strongly believe you require more staff to attend the customers quickly as your current staff strength is less when comapred to the number of customers you receive.

The vehicle repairs was done to my satisfation but the delay and long wait has made me to think twice before I leave the vehicle at your serivce station next time. I hope you will look into this matter urgently.

Your's sincerely

Chris
