Also, the person is getting lots of messages to his company mail id. Also, the person nervous about the manager, if the manger caught this procedure. On the other side, the person can not replay the mail which is important.

  • By use of an assistant, he/she can able to sort out the important mails and forward it to the person.
• The solutions for the second problem(Give replay for immediate mails from the client)

  • If the assistant can not make a decision by him/herself then inform the person so that he/she can help.
