The goal of the group is to identify features that could be implemented into the next few releases of your firm's software. In this situation the legal and /or questions may be on related to money and effort like how many members are needed for that work to complete and how much money is rite now we are having and how much money needed for the project to complete with good quality software and is their any damage in the products while transportation and if damaged what could be the legal exposure would be charged. These are the questions might be raised and concerned while developing software with good and high quality.

I would be happy to take the the position of teamleader to lead the small group of employees. But i will consider this offer only if certain terms and conditions are fulfilled from the manager side.
Firstly the manager should satisfy the environement related to equipment and products.Manager should confirm that there are enough number of adequate equipment , resources, and functional facilities are avaliable or not for the software to develop with high quality.Secondly in terms of other support like transporation , food water, facilities shoul be there. and make sure the place is safe and without any attacks from anyone and well destined. And the last but not least the company should toatally liable to the team while we are making the software. If these conditions are fulfilled and and the manager is happy to help on these terms and conditions then i will be granted that position happyily.otherwise i wont take this position and it it could put me and the developers’ team in risks.
