Jospeh Stalin played a very signficant role in the prominent role in the Soviet Union. Stalin was the Good follower of Lenin. The Social and Idelogical Principles related to Equitable Distribution of Wealth of Lenin attracted Stalin to follow and apply the same when He was in the power. He followed the Economic policy of Correcting the Narowness in the Market Economy by Restricting the Hoarding Activities by Rich Peasants and Rich Traders and ensuring the Optimal Production of Goods and Services in the Economy. This situation made him to achieve Supreme power in the Soviet Union.

Stalin has also had in-dept confidence in the Marxism Theory (Karl Marx Theory) of giving much importance of adopting Industrialisation with Modern techniques and thus reducing the exploitation of Poor Farmers. And also the Russia had a serious threat of following Traditional techniques for Agricultural Production which yielded less Production. By using Modern techniques in Agriculture, Stalin framed many reforms in order to increase both the quantity of Food Grains to be exported to earn profit and also to fill the Food requirement inside the country. Famine for the food evidenced much on that time. So Stalin was in the position to implement the industrial policy rapidly in order to balance the Agriculture and the Industrial Growth.

The term collectivization was basically termed as collection of all land-holdings of peasants in to one Umberlla in order to attain the Common Social Welfare of the Community. The Revolutionized Industralization policy adopted by the Stalin urged to use the collectivization policy of the agriculture in order to increase the Quantity of Agricultural Products, Supply of Raw materials and also improve the rate of Exports in the lon-run. It also entails food security for the people residing in Rural as well Urban Areas in Russia too.

The Adopted policy of Stalin was not a successful one. Though in the little bit of economic point of view, The produced grains were deposited in the common stock center of the state ensuring the food security. But the Effects of this policy over the then Russian People was very crucial in nature. The people were who opposed this policy were brutually excelled. It nearly claimed millions of people. The Actual reason is that the Russian Government procured the food grains at cheaper rate from the poort pesants. Thus they faced the situation of leading with the low level quality of life. Some people who opposed this policy were punished by the Stalin Government. Though He achieved His Goal. But the effects was coined as the Situation known as Purges. The Purge was reffered as Great Terror. Many People were who was against the idelogy policy of the Stalin was killed by posing the unlawful act on them. It was estimated that 1000 set of people were killed in a day. But this was against the Normative view of Economics. Though Stalin adopted the policy to ensure Economic Stability but He failed to achieve the Goals of the Welfare Economics.
