Ans :

As per the word Third World Describes that the developing countries do not join hands with the two Cold War superpowers and those who wants to have finding of their own model of improvement between Soviet centralized economic planning and free market private enterprise or capitalism .  The decolonization movements often aims to replace capitalism with communism . At this moment United States was already being divided because it was founded with a struggle for independence , therefore didn`t want to spread communism .

The United States comes up with the policy of contaiment which was extended to various countries ,they are now being involved in any country where any government oppositions are threatning American economic or any strategic interests and this was done so as to prevent the spread of communism . At this time the european powers was falling apart where the soviet union supported in the weakning or dissolution of Europe's overseas empires . Whereas all the third wordl nations are trying to resists any bonding with either of the major power so that they can stand neutral in the cold war , which tends to shift the focus of the Cold War to the Third World .
