5-H Scope statement: Scope statement covers the list of covered for a delivery perspective. In layman terms it is a piece of paper where what  is covered or not covered from delivery perspective is documented As per PMP, Project Scope Statement is the primary output of the  Define Scope process. This process draws the boundaries of the project, outlines the work that will be delivered throughout the project, and defines the major deliverables of the project

2: WBS/OBS

2: a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) : The entire project work is broken into small piece of work based on certain conditions like product , data , service etc so that it is manageable and deliverable as small single unit easily .

2:b Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) : OBS is a organizational structure for the project wheres the hierarchical and role of each team member  is defined for the smooth operation of the project.
