1. Briefly describe ‘scope’, ‘deliverable’, and ‘project scope management’.

Scope
Scope refers to the detailed set of deliverable or features of a project. Project Scope means the work that needs to be accomplished to deliver a product, service, or result with the specified features and functions. Product is an output of the project and features, specifications, details about the product are described in the product scope. Scope means the process of defining what work is required and then making sure all of that work is done.
Deliverable
Deliverable will be produced only after scope is completed. Deliverable is a project management term that is used to describe the quantifiable goods or services that must be provided at the time of completion of a project. In short deliverable are something that can be provided as the result of the process. Some examples of Deliverables are:
There are two types of deliverable: Internal and External Deliverable.
Project scope management
Project scope management is the process of creating a scope management plan that documents how the project scope will be defined. It ensure that a particular project includes all the work relevant/appropriate to achieve the project's objectives. Project scope management purpose is that it is a part of project planning that involves determining a list of project goals, deliverables, features, tasks, deadlines, etc.
