The Scope for a project defines the results, assumptions, constrains with another important factor which the project would deliver alongside the boundaries of the same. Hence it gives the job responsibilities to the members along with the needed supports with procedural guidelines for the project.
The very planning of the project makes the scope for the project clear. It’s the very basis on which the Vision statement for the business is built upon. The scope management statement is the documentation of the project delivery process with all its aspects like manpower, processes, verification, works progression like elements for its establishment. The statement is the goal for the scooper based strategy making called scope management plan.
The plan details the way the statement would be achieved on the ground keeping the elements of the statement in mind to execute it physically. Project scope clears stakeholders where the plan is the idea of the same in the execution table.
