For this topic I am going to take a library management level
project jus for stating the things below:
Introduction:
- Firstly the project consists of the library management system
which will be managing the library tasks of the organization such
as listing down books, users, managing users, and their
activities.
- The system will also be dynamic and work according to user
requirements. The management system can be used easily with the
help of the many display features that are going to be worked out
with the project. Also, it will become easy to maintain the
software with the code available to the owner.
Product
vision:
- The vision of the project is to become the world's most loved,
used and profitable library management software.
Project
scope:
- The scope of the project is to develop and construct a software
which will ease out the work that is to be done in keeping the
library organized and also to keep track of the activities that are
done around in the library.
- It also becomes very important to store the data effectively
and also to work closely with the data in order to analyze and
maintain the data according to the need of the users which will be
managed easily.
- We will deliver a management software which will be a complete
package for maintaining the library with the help of certain
regulations and completion of certain product targets.
User-level
Requirements of the project:
The user-level requirements of the project are as follows:
- The system must have a database to store the credentials and
all the information related to the users.
- There must also be a section where analysis of the complete
data must also be stated in order to note down the use of the
services of the library.
- The management software must also be secured from all the
vulnerabilities so that there are no obstacles in further use of
the software.
- The management software must be able to store all the
information about the users, books, issuing services, etc so that
we can keep a track on what things are being used the most and what
not.
- To keep the track of main locations from where the books come
in the library and at what date everything must be noted down in an
order to collect complete data.
Hence, these are the user-level requirements for the
project.
