Amazon is Love by its customers because it always gives priority to its customers, and they are doing well in every kind of field. They also try to provide satisfaction to their customers as well as their employees working day and night to uplift the Amazon corporation around the world. They are protesting against their own company. Amazon needs to think in a different way to overcome the worker's protest and try to fulfill their needs. Currently, Amazon is going well, and they do not need any new system or structure in their company as they are getting the success of their hard work. Applying a new system can be risky, and they can lose the market control to apply a new system. If the workers are having a problem with the company, then the company can listen to the issues of their workers and try to find a better way to solve it, which satisfies the company as well as the workers. If the issues get sorted, the relationship between the company and the workers will improve, and they will work even harder to uplift the company and help them achieve their organizational objectives effectively and efficiently. It will surely help the culture embrace as workers will think that the company is there to fulfill their needs and desire, and it will the workers trust in the company even more, and there will be a strong relationship between them. All stakeholders of the company wish that the company e grow even faster, which will increase the price of their share and ultimately profit if the company's share increases.
