In today's world everyone wants to earn a luxuries life, for which they are working day and night. The more they work, the more they earn and live better luxuries life. But the problem faced is the imbalance in they work life. There are two aspect in everyone's life that is personal and professtional life, mostly an imbalnce is seen in these two aspects of life.

Many few , who have a clear idea about everything are able to make a balance between these two, but mostly can't. When they can't make a balance in these two, they face a lot of problems, inculding their health as well.

These days people work hard for the weekdays so that they can enjoy their weekends. The idea before joining any job for an individual is to work in the area of their interest, so that they enjoy the weekdays as well and will also have a balance in their life.

Therefore, we can say that work life is not balanced for everyone, becuase of the ambitious nature of people these days. But if they wrok in the area of their intrest they will be staisfied in their life and will be able to lead a balanced life.
