1) Construct schedule network diagram?
2) Analyze the early time schedule on the network diagram (use forward pass)
3) Analyze the late time schedule on the network diagram (use backward pass)
4) Calculate the "free float" for each activity and mark it down on the diagram.
5) locate the critical path and name it, determine the entire time of the project.
