What is palliative care?

it is the care that is delivered to a terminally ill patient and to their families by a heatlh care provider.

Explanation of Palliative care from the patient's perceptions

it is highly important to provide quality care for the needy in a professional manner that leads to a leap in the field of palliative care.The patient usually finds the palliative care as a set of theraputic and non-theraputic treatements that is helpful to get rid of pain and frusturations as much as possible in order to gain confidence to bounce back to a normal life.

Meanwhile for a patient who is termianally ill and he/she who understand it,might discribe it as an effective way of reducing agony of the feel of dying and associated thoughts to a certain level and hence they achieve peace of mind,They can also groom themselves to say adieu to friends and family in a higly pleasent manner. these are the main perceptions of a patient.

It is depicted as a form of cultural competence that reflects the rules and regulations of an institution or the attitude and virtues of an individual that leads to effective communication in multi-cultural environment of a certain community.

Durable Power of Attorney

this mean in a health care or a medical sector it is an authority that is given to anothor person in order to make decisions and impliment them when we are unable to do it.

Living will

It is nothing but decisions that is made way ahead of time concerns our own end-of-life health care. it also helps the person who draft it to choose what type care he would like to choose or what kind of care he would say no in the event of his/her last stage of life when one is unable to make decions or to communicate due to their terminal illness.

Explain how the phenomenon of death and dying has changed as medicine and culture has changed over time.

No matter which part of the world we born what gather people in unity is all about the cultre that they belong to .moreover the fact that death is certain for everyone and that reality can also unite people irrespective of their color,cast and creed.

for instance, death and dying has evolved as a medicine over past decades like palliative care and support or a hospice service and so on.nowadays it has an organised system that helps the the patient to prepare and aid them to go through the end of life period in a less stressed manner .

in older days the death and dying was surrounded by various superstitions that are derived from various cultural backgrounds unlike modern times. it is the result of better education and the sophistication of technologies that can drastically evolve a nation or community in positive manner.

in conclusion, death and dying is no more a fearful event that everyone has to go through.it is changed to an all new leavel where everyone has the chance of achieveing death in much peaceful manner.
