Palliative Care is begin or given treatment to the patients, who are in serious illness and hope for the cure by the treatment. It is given to improve the health of the patients, who are in serious illness matter such as like cancer, tuberculosis, etc. Those patients may be receive medical care for the symptoms with the curative treatment as much as possible. This treatment can be helpful to any type or stage of disease and is given the best from diagnosis. It is a multidisciplinary approach that works with the patient itself, family and doctors and nurses to provide medical, emotional and social physical support. It can be given at hospitals, home, special clinic or any other clinics or nursing home. It can be begin with diagnosis as well as the treatment at the same period of time.

Observation: There is a one boy who face a serious accident and went to coma. Then he was given the palliative care treatment at hospital with medical care as well as by the family and friends. They try to make him happy as much as possible by showing what he likes and telling him about the happy moments. Soon after, he got recovered from it.

Hospice Care also provide to improve the health but it is given to the specific patients to whom there is no hope to be cure. It is given or begin after the treatment and after clearing that the patients will not survive the illness. This treatment is given by knowing that the patients will live mainly about 6 months or less. It also can do treatment any place like at home, hospitals, or nursing homes. At some point this treatment can be cure the patient but hardly. It is given just to slow the disease progress. This treatment also multidisciplinary approach with the family, friends, nurses and doctors with the dying patient to comfort him/her. The members of the hospice care are visit regularly, some stay in touch by phone and so on.

Observation: There is a one boy, who suffered a lot from urinal problem and cancer. He was given by this hospice care treatment knowingly he would not survive from the disease. Doctor told to his father that, give him whatever he want to have it. So, the family did according to the doctor advice. Me and my friend, we visited him for the prayers and to see him. Lastly, he was passed away comfortably after 3 months later.
