1. INTRODUCTION
Social media is one of the most important marketing tool for the business organizations. In this project question I have to analyze the social media use of a particular brand. So for this project my chosen company is "SONY". Basically Sony is a Japanese company and its headquarter in Konan, Minato. This organization provide various product and services to its customers in electronics. This organization has MNCs in various countries. Some of the products of SONY are semiconductors, gaming products, electronics, televisions etc. This organization also deals in financial services.
2. SOCIAL MEDIA FOR SONY
This organization use social media for the advertisement of the product and services. Social media tools are effectively used by this company for creating new target market. Or we can say that customers of this organization are influenced by the advertisement on social media. Various customers are loving the social media platform of SONY. This organization advertise its product on social media and really good responses received by the company for last many years. These social media tools are important for the organization because it helps the company in raising awareness, encourage trial, influence desire, and creating loyalty with the customers of the company.
