Discuss which leadership style you will follow from the following
1. Autocratic leadership style
2. Democratic leadership style
3. Laissez-faire leadership style
Your answer should highlight both the advantages and disadvantages of the chosen style with support of literature review (300 words)

I follow the democratic leadership style. In democratic leadership style is most effective when a leader in working with high workers. This leadership style is also known as a shared leadership style. In this leadership, members of the group are doing a more participative role in decisions making the process for building sustainable choices.
Popular style leadership is the most effective and productive strategy.
Advantages- It encourages participation, brings more viewpoints, more efficient in problem-solving, invites a higher level of commitments, builds relationships, creates morale, and job satisfaction. It also gives clear vision for the future, helps to solve the complex problems, improve the knowledge of the team, promotes the free flow of ideas, encourage trust and respect throughout the organization, leaders more emphasize to values and morality.
Disadvantages- during misapplied, it creates disharmony. It also causes leaders to start fence-sitting, never reaches a real consensus, does not always offer positive outcomes, and requires extra time to implement a decision and encourage workplace procrastination.
It is better than an autocratic and Laissez-faire leadership style.
Because of the autocratic leadership style, one person controls all of the decisions and takes very little help to their members. Authoritarian leadership runs on single person beliefs and not involves anyone for their suggestions. It does not offer Sence of professional ownership, creates a dependency system, fewer skills creates, and creates a lack of trust.
In Laissez-faire leadership style is directly opposite of autocratic because instead of a single person, single-personalized-faire makes few decisions and staff allowed to choose an appropriate workplace solution.
Democracy leadership allows serving the ideas of many members of the group to prevent any mistake in the implementation of any order. There many members in the group, and their allowance makes any purpose very productive and useful for future growth, but in another two leadership, these facilities are not provided.
