Servant Leadership:

Servant leadership is the best one to motivate and bring out the best from the employees in organization as leader himself work with them and serve his followers to bring success for the firm. Servant leadership concept give the leader the chance to serve his followers and increase the trust of them in him. This style tend to motivate followers and encourage them believe in leader.

Enhance Creativity in Team:

  • We all know how google give facilities to their employees to enhance creativity in them, same way one can create an environment that blooms the creativity of employee and improves their creativity so that they can explore their mind power and creativity at their best level. Give some freedom to employee to voice their opinion and share their idea.
  • Motivate the team as much as you can, give them reward, bonus, surprise to make them more motivated and make efforts that encourage them to be creative.
  • When employee are from different background and culture they bring different perspective and different working style with them also they bring different and innovative idea with them. When people belong from different background they have different tradition and work ethics.

Role of communication in team:

Communication play important role in team management, when manager want to convey or share an idea or pass on order he need to communicate with team and deliver the idea to them. If manager want to spread its vision and mission among the staff he need to communicate that vision and mission with staff member though one or another channel and if there is gap in communication between manager and staff than he could not deliver the desired result for the company. Verbal communication is so much important that through different channel he can create and change the face of organization at all.

Without communicating with employees manager could not do what he wants, the reason the communication is overlooked is that sometime manager is not agreed onto share his idea with employees as he think that it will leak to others.
