2.) Define “All Hazards.” please provide references/APA style. thanks

There are 6 types of Hazards-

1. Biological- it includes animals, insects, virus, bacteria, etc that can impact on health adversely to the people who are associated with working with them.

2. Chemical- it is hazardous substance at anyplace that can harm both health and physic such as skin irritation, blindness, explosions and corrosion.

3. Physical- it can be environmental factors that can harm an employee without necessarily touching them. For example- Extreme temperature, Constant loud noise, Radiation, etc.

4. Safety Hazards- it creates unsafe working conditions. Like electric short circuit, unguarded machinery, spills on floors, confines spaces, exposed wires, damaged stairs, etc. It can cause injury, illness and even dealth.

5. Ergonomic- it is a result of physical factor can result into muscles injuries such as poor body posture and manual work handling and lifting heavy equipments. They are the hardest to spot. Long term exposure can result in serious long term illness.

6. Psychosocial- it creates adverse impact on employees’ mental health. For example sexual harassment, discrimination, workload demands, workplace violence, etc.
