What happens if iron levels in the body are too low or high?
Let’s say you and a friend each take a daily multi-mineral supplement made by a different company, and one of you develops symptoms of mineral deficiency. How is that possible?

1) Fortified breakfast cereals. It can provide all the iron a person needs during the day.

2) cooked oysters

If the iron levels in the body are too low or high:-

In iron deficiency, low levels of haemoglobin in blood cells mean that not enough oxygen can reach the brain.

Blood vessels in the brain can swell, causing pressure and headaches.

Trace Minerals & major minerals:-

Iron is considered to be a Trace Mineral. Although bthe amount needed is somewhat more than for other microminerals.

- Trace nutrients know to be essential in tiny amounts include Nickel, Silicon, Vanadium and Cobalt.
