Answer1. Vitamin deficiency: Deficiency of any essential vitamin in the body is vitamin deficiency, most commonly of vitamin D and vitamin B12. It causes fatigue or muscle weakness. Proper food intake can resolve this issue. Changing in food eating habits can help.
The diet changes includes the routine of eating fruits and vegetables, whole grains, beans and legumes, dairy products and low fat protein products. Also, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals will increase the level of vitamins in the body.
Answer 2. Iron deficiency: Decrease in the RBC's count in blood leads to the iron deficiency or anaemia. This situation causes less oxygen capacity of blood, leading to variety of problems. Changing food habits can bring change in deficient body.
