She can set clear expectations with the nursing team about which behavior is acceptable and which are not acceptable.

2)Nursing manager needs skills in managing conflict in health care environment. Conflict means a disagreement through which the parties involved perceive to threat to their needs, interests, and concerns.

First Nurse manager should find out the reason to get conflict .

Next she should discuss the matter with both parties (who are involved in conflict)

Give a particular amount of time to speak about their issue.

They are not ready to comprise means nurse manager can take decisions  to resolve the conflict.

3)uncivility is a common issue in nursing staff in health care setting. The main reason are stress, long working hours and burnout. It will affect patient safety. Heart burnout due to inappropriate behavior from patient, doctor and senior staff.
