Describe a vision that you have seen/heard/read/viewed that you felt inspired successful change. How did this vision influence people's behavior and attitudes toward a major change initiative?
Answer: Vision is essential to facilitating successful change in an organization because everything should be clear and each and every concept should be explained very carefully that people should have a clear vision about it. A vision is a picture or idea you have in your mind of yourself, your business, or anything this is going to happen. A clear vision helps you pursue dreams and achieve goals; an idea of the future, a strong wish. A vision that is clear will open your mind to the endless possibilities of the future. The importance of an organization to develop a vision, mission, and values is important for strategic direction. A mission statement is important for an organization because it defines the business, products or services, and customers.
There is a relationship between a leader's role and a successful initiative as leader is the person who is the one responsible for bringing the positive changes in the organisation. He encourages people or the staff members to achieve the target or the goals.
As a leader, I have a clear vision of being successful in the projects my group is being alloted to.I always plan for the implementation of the work which always saves time as well as it shows the better organised programs. Confidence is one of the essential need of the vision, when we cultivate the quality of confidence, everything naturally seems easier, more effortless and we have a tendency to act with deeper conviction and passion.
