A 100 bedded multispeciality corporate hospital comprises of administrative staff, physicians, nurses, data entry[billing] staff.
Method of training- classroom training for billing staff, onsite training for nurses and physicians, online training for administrative staffs followed by certification when training gets done.
Training hours- online training during off hours, onsite training during working hours, classroom training during working hours but with the off duty personnels.
Coverage can be made by keeping the off duty persons at working hours, and the onsite training at the last working hour.
