Racial and ethnic minorities in relation to low health literacy and poor outcomes. This means that individuals who have little or no understanding of medical terminology, or have little or no reading skills have less chance of being healthy or improving on their health.

Our objective were to describe how patients with a long term conditions practice health literacy in the management of their health and communication with health profesionals

The board membera should know the induviduals of the community because then only they will know the needs of the people and the limitations and the health needs and demands.
