It is well known that the emotional intelligence turns into a key element for an effective management at the workplace of any organization. In case of lack of emotional intelligence, some people drop their effective feelings and much bury in relation to thinking and emotions, which may produce barriers to effective communication in a workplace situation. The person could independently learn through past experience, accepting the challenge and attain the eminence of thinking, outstanding decisions and better actions, which make them an emotional intelligence.

Self-awareness: It is very essential to know confidently about yourself and make sure about the good with the bad things in order to achieve the maximum potential. We could develop ourselves a strong emotional intelligence on a regular performance by truly understanding who we are, why we create a positive conclusion, what we are superior at, and where we underdeveloped.

Self-management: It is the capability to exercise about the confidently direct the behavior and continue flexible in respect of understanding the emotional intelligence.

Empathy: It is the capabilities to put ourselves in somebody appreciate how they believe or counter about me at a certain point. The only emotional thinking could believe in response to suffering and encourage helping away.

Relationship management: It is essential to maintaining a strong and helpful relationship in a capability to achieve the superior emotional intelligence.

According to me, self-awareness is the strength and the self-management is the weakness for each of these domains whereas, the strategies like empathy and relationship management could employ for improvement in emotional intelligence.

As I believe that the effective communication, human behaviors, social competence and past challenges experience would better handle the situation with the information in a workplace situation.
