1.LEVEL OF SELF AWARENESS FOR EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Emotional intelligence-It defined as a capasity or capability a person to control or to manage his or her emotions .And a person with emotional intelligent they can influence the emotions of other people also.

Emotional intelligence consist 4 basic capability

a) self awareness

b) self regulation

c) social awareness

d) relationship management

a) Self awareness -self awareness is about the process pf understanding ourself and it help inprove our emotional intelligence .A high level of self awareness lets emotionaly intelligent people listen to a situation without reacting to judgment.

-Emotional intelligent people are open minded.

-And they are good liserners .great liserning requires a developed liserning structure that seperate the facts from interpretation ,reaction and ends .people with emotional intelligent can identify the emotions that shut down their ability to lisern .

-Emotional intelligent people dont sugarcoat the truth .people with emotional intelligence know how important it is that tough messages get heard .

-Emotional intelligent people apologize when they are wrong .

MY EXPERIENCE

I have lot of experience that help to me a emotional intelligent women.Example,As a nurse in my working envirnment lots of patient with severe diseases and they admitted to hospital with severe pain and psychological problem etc.and the patients are shouting to us without any reason ,but as a nurse i studied about the emotional intelligence so i can manage that kind of patient politely .and this kind of situation helps me to improve my own emotional intelligence .

2. HOW TO REACT UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR OF OTHERS

Most of the people faced this unethical behaviour in their workplace .As a nurse we studied more about emotional intelligence we can deal this situation ,it includes ,

-Dont take action without evidence ,before we do anything we need to make sure we know the facts .first of all we need to check that behaviour we suspect is unethical or not .and we need to have evidence and try to find out a wittness ,that can bring to the person or authority we want to report it to.

-Consider going elsewhere ,the company might not be willing to do anything about unethical behaviour ,it might just be that behaviour goes against your personal morals .the best thing to do in this situation might be to move on and find another job .

3. LEVEL OF COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE IN OUR PROFESSIONAL ROLE

Most of the hospital in the world demonstrate the highest quality of patient care through the advanced nursing practice. Commitment to nursing implies to provide an optimal patient care and promote the nursing profession.

-Our action directly affect a persons life ,so we need to be dedicated .

-Awareness of the challenges ahead and working to overcome these for the sake of our patient and our team .

-Accepting that our social life may,at times ,be secondary to the need of our patient .

-Maintaining our own health to be the very best role model.

-Exhibiting a willingness to learn from our co workers .

-Always striving to provide the best possible quidance and care for our patients .

Conclusion

Nursing requires we to always put the patient first .Emotional intelligence is a basic thing for nurse is help to give quality care .
