Extrinsic Motivation
Extrinsic motivation happens when we are roused to play out a conduct or take part in a movement to gain a reward or maintain a strategic distance from discipline.
Cases of practices that are the aftereffect of extrinsic motivation include:
Considering in light of the fact that you need to get a decent evaluation
Cleaning your space to abstain from being condemned by your folks
Taking part in a game to win grants
Contending in a challenge to win a grant
In each of these cases, the conduct is spurred by a want to pick up a reward or keep away from an unfavorable result.
Intrinsic Motivation
Intrinsic motivation includes taking part in a conduct since it is specifically fulfilling; basically, playing out an action for its own purpose as opposed to the want for some outer reward.
Cases of activities that are the consequence of intrinsic motivation include:
Taking an interest in a game since you discover the action charming
Settling a word confuse in light of the fact that you discover the test fun and energizing
Playing an amusement since you think that its energizing
In each of these cases, the individual's conduct is roused by an inner want to take an interest in a movement for its own particular purpose.
