Extrinsic Motivation

Extrinsic motivation happens when we are roused to play out a conduct or take part in a movement to gain a reward or maintain a strategic distance from discipline.

Cases of practices that are the aftereffect of extrinsic motivation include:

Cleaning your space to abstain from being condemned by your folks
