Answer: Education and gender-role socialization contributed to the process of career choice as the gender influences the primary decision. This includes making decisions regarding to purse the work outside home or not. Same as the socialization experiences which has major impact the career choice. It has been seen that make genders shows interest in technical, mechanical as well as scientific careers.
The dropping out the college leads to incomplete qualifications and education. The level of education gets disturbed and hence leads various issues in choosing the career. This impacts the occupation level, earning opportunities.
The option of going to college should be made simultaneously. This is because it is important to take qualifications and certificate to improve the chances of career and settlement. One should not have gaps in acquiring education at college level. Because as population is increasing which leads to increase in the competition in the jobs opportunities. People may face issues in getting proper employment.
