Group thinking is a phenomenon that has been long since used in social psychology to understand one of the most common group behavior displayed by humans. It is the phenomenon wherein people as an aim to keep the forum and display conformity and hence be a part, lead to making irrational decisions within the group.

Group think can have sundry implications and can have serious consequences as their are polarized opinions. And there is seldom IA buffer. But the question remains would people of a certain personalitt characteristic be dormant within a group?

Group think can be understood by observation of groups in their natural setting and proving them with a conundrum that one already knows the best possible solutions to, and at the end of the brains toeming session, asking them for their desired course of action, that is, their decision. By that, it can be seem whether the effects were seen or not.

Within the epsidose, insulation of the group happens when Ozzie cut the wiree and asks George to go with it, giving him limited options.

They do not consider the relevant info of being kicked out and following the rules, despite taking things into own hands.

Izzie pressurizes him by giving him the choice of either leaving her friendship or staying and helping.

They try to ignore the code law and take things in own hands.

They go ahead with the decision despite its irrationalaity.

Izzie is the dominant one, and influences thus.
