Introduction :- Face- to -face presentation and virtual group presentation both are medium for giving information or conveing information to them who is waiting for that, but in face-to-face presentation is conveyed directly and infront of that preson who is eager to get that information and here medium is direct.

ELEMENTS NECESSARY FOR FACE-TOFACE PRESENTATION ?

  • In this type of presentation speaker and listener both are physically present in same setup.
  • Proper planing is needed by speaker.
  • presentations must cover all the topics related to the presentation.

?Where as in VIRTUAL GROUP PRESENTATION.

Virtual group means to an interdependent group of an individual which predominated use by technology to collabrate, communicate and disscuss for common objectives. Means Virtual group presentation is different from face - to - face presentation but motive or goal of both the presentation is same.

ELEMENTS NECESSARY FOR VIRTUAL GROUP PRESENTATION

  • Proper planning of presentation is required as listener is connected with speaker through technical medium,
  • Socialization is need in virtual form presentations to build trust.
